The Boathouse
The Boathouse, our signature and most requested accommodation, is always in high demand and revered. For those who desire the ultimate quintessential lakeside guest experience, its open, airy, loft-like beamed ceiling beautifully frames the storybook canopied king bed in the center of the room.An immense wood-burning fireplace of native stone anchors the open space at one end, while panoramic views over Upper Saranac Lake to the mountains beyond fill the wide windows. Alcoves hold a fully stocked bar, table for two and various sitting areas.

The Evensong
Evensong was Mrs. Rockefeller’s favorite guest room. It is a lovely, welcoming bedroom filled with sunlight in the day and aglow with lamps and firelight in evening. A wood-burning fieldstone fireplace stands in the middle of a large, windowed alcove facing the king bed. The bathroom was recently renovated with original sinks and his-and-her medicine cabinets. With all black and white tile and chrome fixtures, Evensong features a deep soaking clawfoot tub and walk-in double shower with a center rain shower.

Weatherwatch
Sumptuous and spacious, Weatherwatch is one of The Point’s most luxurious bedrooms. It was the former living room in the Guest House. A gigantic, chiseled stone wood-burning fireplace faces a wall of windows framing the glittering lake. A beamed cathedral ceiling soars over the curtained king bed. Cushioned armchairs, a large double-sided sofa and handcrafted burl slab coffee table form a cozy sitting area between windows and fireplace.

Saranac
A Great Camp classic paneled all in fir, Saranac is a cozy, magical guest room in the Guest House. Under a vaulted ceiling, a wide alcove across from the king bed is entirely taken up by a beautiful, chiseled stone wood-burning fireplace with a wide ledge. Comfortable armchairs share a fireside footrest.
The spacious black and white bathroom has a deep tub, shower, double sinks and windows that open toward the croquet lawn.
